"J'ai reçu le sac samedi 2 mai, nous sommes aujourd'hui le 7, et l'un des morceaux en métal qui tenait la lanière s'est cassé. . . J'ai donc un sac à 68€ neuf qui se casse en moins d'une semaine. . . pour un premier achat je suis vraiment très déçue."
"i unfortunately didnt think to check the details before ordering, i was just too excited about finding such a beautiful looking bag, and it arrived as such. but unfortunately it is made almost entirely out of polyurethane, petrol and plastic. i definitely would NOT have ordered if i realised. such a shame that a reputable and ALTERNATIVE brand is still using so much plastic for their products. please do better disturbia!"
"Though the bag looks beautiful, I’m adding to the choir of people for whom the clasps broke literally immediately. I have gotten a refund and had the clasps replaced. Still, the magnets that hold the bag closed in the front aren’t strong enough either, so they open constantly. At least it’s usable now, though. I really hope Disturbia will upgrade the hardware because I love the look of the bag."

"This bag is as gorgeous as it looks. However due to this bag I found out how fabulous the customer service is at Dosturbia. The strap clip on the first bag I received broke about a month after I'd got this bag. I reported it on Thursday and by Saturday the replacement had arrived. It really was wonderful and efficient service. Also I have had no issues with the new bag and it's strap"
"The design is absolutely beautiful! Among other details, love that it has small metal. . . legs?feet? (not sure how it's called, I'm not a native speaker, sorry) and the magnetic closures are slightly different from the Juniper Fable Satchel bag. SO much easier and faster to close, thank you for this improvement! On the contrary, the strap had the ugliest stitching I've ever seen with threads sticking out everywhere, so I can't give 5 stars >< The wrapping was so good, can't believe you didn't notice the strap was a mess >< Anyway I somehow fixed the strap myself and still love this bag. Hope it lives long."
"A very well constructed crossbody bag. Its a bit on the bigger side which is exactly what i was looking for. Its sturdy and not uncomfortable to wear on long days. plenty of room and compartments on the inside. the tidy grab handle on the top is perfectly made and placed."

"Purchased this bag in black Friday sale, have used a handful of times and the clip on the strap on both ends has snapped, contact customer service but have not have a reply within the 24 hours as advertised."
