"The chain constantly tangles round itself, its really frustrating... You'll be wearing it, walking along and all of a sudden the pendant will be up by your shoulder as the chain has been bending around itself. I spent some time straightening the chain, and it *seems* to be ok for now, so this is why I only marked down one, as it may have become really tangled in transit"
