Stunning fabric design and great cut

"Love the flocked design and dress is flattering and comfortable. Is pretty warm though so looks like I'll be waiting till Autumn to wear it."

Manufacturing defect?

"The waist band is not elastic, which made it impossible for me to put the dress over my head and shoulders. There is also no zipper to make it easier."

Gorgeous little black dress

"Once on this dress is a dream. It's beautiful, soft, and looks lovely. After you get this dress over your head and carefully on, it's a perfect fit, but without a side zip it's tight pulling it on for the first few times, and it sounds like it's about to tear! It does loosen up, but still be careful pulling it over your shoulders and bust for a bit. I tried a size 12 and no way was it going on, so changed it for a 14. It definitely runs small. The colour did stain underarm, where it's not lined, but after a couple of washes it's fine. It's so pretty and is very flattering, really lovely shape!"

No Zip, Runs small & can’t get over your shoulders/chest!?

"this dress runs small for one but also has no stretch, no zip and is then impossible to get on as you cant get it over your shoulders/chest due to the tight sinched waist area. it would likely fit figure hugging if it had a zip to actually get the thing on? and i can’t return it unless i want to pay a fortune as im in australia & no exchanges. pattern is nice, material seems breathable but flawed design."

Sizing is wrong

"The dress itself is wonderful, but the design process has not been well thought through - it has no zip or buttons, so you have to get it on over your head, but the fabric on the waistline is not elastic, making the task impossible. . . Such a pity really. I am a UK size 12, I ordered a size 10 as that is the size of Disturbia dresses that fits me best, however I could not get it over my head at all, so you might want to size up."

Beautiful if you can get into it

"A beautiful dress but i'm unsure how you're meant to get into it. I am a size 8 in all disturbia dresses. This dress has no stretch waist, no side zip, no back zip and I can't get into it by pulling it over my head or stepping into it. The waist is narrower than my shoulders and not elasticated. Unless you're a contortionist I don't know how this design is logical. So I never even got to fully try it on. Very disappointed. What a bizarre design choice and oversight."

Tight but very beautiful

"I waited long before purchasing it cause I was not sure about the elasticity of the arms and the chest and I waited for comments but bought it during black friday sales not to miss it. The arms are tight, yes, but they fit though not comfortably, the waist, however, so tight, no elasticity at all. To be able to wear it over shoulders was a challenge, it really is smaller than all my other Disturbia dresses of the same size. The dress itself is amazing so I don't want to send it back, also I don't live in the UK and I bought it during the sales, so I rather lose weight instead to be able to wear it. It is worth keeping it."

Pretty Pull On Dress

"A pretty velvety feeling dress with lots of lace. It is pull on and I can see why others had difficulty. I am normally a size 16/18/20 depending on the item but size up at Disturbia to a size 20. I did find it a bit tight to pull over my chest as I am 38H but it did go over and once on fits really nicely. I wore this out to a dinner and was comfortable eating in it."

Lace dress

"Love the for at the waist and the sleeves"

Pretty dress once on! Great quality!

"True to size. I used to be size 8, now size 10 - some dresses on here I’ve sized down to an 8, but with this one I gambled on my size and ordered a 10. 8 would have been too small! Fits great, however it’s not easy to get on because of no zip or fastening. Once you’ve pulled it on over your head, it’s fine and fits like a glove. A bigger size would have been loose on the chest etc. Sleeves are pretty but were the reason I stuck to a size 10 and I’m glad I did. Felt super comfortable and great once on, just persevere with pulling it over the head! I love this dress and I’m 1000% keeping it, just really wish it already had a zipper - may have to go to a seamstress to get one added for ease!"
