"The mug is cute and well made, bit it's a different colour. It's black with blue dots that don't look at all like the picture. It costs me more to send it back than what I paid and I'm still going to use it, but I'm kind of disappointed. I expect it to look like the picture."

"It was broken when it arrived! Wasn’t packaged very well, even though it came in a cardboard box itself, it had a really thin bubble wrap on it and was sent in a paper bag through the post - lack of care I think! However, Disturbia did refund the whole price and would have offered a replacement if it was still in stock, hence the 3 star review instead of 1 star."
