Arrived with imperfection

"It arrived with a black smudge baked into the glaze. I contacted customer service, but they wanted me to send it back and then wait to receive a new one. I would prefer to just receive a new one, and didn't want to deal with the hassle, so I just kept it. Also annoyed that it was made in China. Not dishwasher safe."

Favorite Mug!

"This one became my new favorite mug! The printing looks really good with nice, crisp lines. The picture actually doesn´t do it justice. It is surprisingly wide with a rather larg opening which does give it a slightly odd look but I think it adds to its charm. The mug can hold up to 480ml or 490ml if you fill it absolutely to the brim."
