"I am very impressed with this; it's stunning and very versatile. Good quality. The only issue I have is with the neck button. It's really stiff; the loop that the bulky part goes through is not elastic at all, so you have to force it through at a very specific angle, which is really hard. It takes me ages to do up, or I have to ask someone else to do it for me."
