"I love this bag. It has been my go-to handbag since receiving it on 8 June and the snake embroidery is just gorgeous! However, one of the metal ends on the draw-string has come off, and now the stitching is coming undone. Considering I’ve had this bag for less than 6 weeks, this is very disappointing."
