"Pretty to look at and can fit a laptop, but not very practical as the magnet closures won’t stay fastened and the bag is falling apart after less than a year. First the inner stitching came undone, then the outer seams started completely ripping open, and now one of the straps has torn out of the back of the bag and is barely holding on with a thin scrap of material. Feels like a rip off considering the price as I’ll now have to buy a new bag elsewhere."
"It is really beautiful and fits a lot of stuff in it. Unfortunately, the quality is really poor. After only a couple of uses, the leather on the seams came off, which is okay I guess since it is only an aesthetic issue. Recently, however, one of the straps started to come off by tearing out of the fabric it is attached to. It's not even been a year since I got it and now I am waiting for a new backpack to arrive (not from Disturbia!) and am afraif of the strap tearing completely off while I use it a couple of last times. I tried to get in touch about this issue but until now, I got no answer."
"Loved the look, the size and overall feel of the bag at first, but after just 2 months of usage, the strap on it already broke and ripped open the material around it. I had hoped the quality of the bag would be better than that and I am pretty disappointed. Won't buy another bag from Disturbia again."

"This satchel is perfect for as a disabled person with lots of things to take with me when I go out. It can hold a lot of weight but doesn't cut into my shoulders at all. The design is also lovely - enough to stand out just a bit, but in a very understated way that feels rather elegant. The materials and stitching are excellent quality, and I will definitely be buying more in this style!"
"Beautiful bag, but after 6 months of use, all the edging is coming off, and there’s a massive rip where one of the straps attaches. Very mush a fashion bag, not for daily use"
"I had to return once due to parts falling off, and unfortunately the replacement has now started deteriorating too. I’ve taken good care of it but it sadly is not the best quality-wise."
"Love this! The quality of the embroidery is excellent, and the overall design is great. Like others have said, the fastening could be improved, but viewed holistically, and for what I’m using it for, it’s perfect. Fits everything I need into it, while making it easy to carry around for the day. Definitely not a bag for lots of weight, but that’s ok, as that wasn’t what I was looking for."
"I use this bag for work and there’s plenty of space! There’s internal pockets including one that is a zip pocket. It’s shower proof and comfortable to wear. I’ve had many compliments!"
"Got this as I needed some extra bag space for my commute to work and to distribute weight a bit better than with a shoulder bag. I've used it to go on holiday with just a small cabin bag allowed and I could fit lots in it with some travel packing cubes. Feels sturdy and the design is lovely."
