"I genuinely love this bag. The velvet feels like good quality and the design stands out well. The straps are also sturdy. However, the pull chord broke on the first day I had it. The toggle at the end just fell off and it disappeared inside the bag."

"This is such a beautiful bag! It's well designed + spacious for it's size, the detailing is just beautiful + I wish that it was available in other colours too, I like that it has 2 different sized straps as I can use it well sitting in my wheelchair without fear of dropping it by either using the long strap around my shoulder like a crossbody bag or clip it through my seat belt with the shorter strap, it's so pretty + matches my purple chair 🤗♿️"

"I got my mum to get this for me. It’s a nice size, big enough to get everything in. Beautiful colour and great having the option of two handles. Unfortunately the end of one of the ties came off and then the whole tie came out. I’ve left it with my mum to sort out."
"As soon as I saw this bag I wanted it, it IS beautiful…but like many others have said, the ties at the front let it down. I had exactly the same issue with the green snake velvet version, on 1st use the toggles broke & no matter what I do with these bags, I can’t get the ties to work. The bag itself holds a lot, but it’s not practical since it doesn’t close properly. Gorgeous concept, poor execution."
