"The top was far too small, so I sent it back immediately. I still haven't had a refund. What is particularly galling is that I ordered it twice - the first time it was sent to my previous address in error. There was no facility for me to change this. This is arguably justification for me to request a refund for that one too, if it has been returned to you. Another thing - you have already asked me for feedback, which I have provided (I don't usually do this unless I'm displeased enough). I've also asked to be removed from your mailing list. Please leave me alone."
