"There were a good selection of items...are there some I wont wear? Sure, but that's a mystery box for you!! There were items I never would have purchased for myself which I actually love. All were the right size for me. I did have a couple of issues with a double up, but they took care of it with no drama."
"I really enjoyed the box! It contained three dresses, a jacket, and a mug. Although I probably wouldn’t have ordered these items myself, they look great and happen to fit my style really well. I would definitely order another box. It’s a fun way to discover new styles!"
"Took the plunge with a mystery box, had read positive reviews from previous shoppers. So happy with my goodies! Even received a dress I’ve been eyeing off for ages so super happy. Two things I may not have gone for but defs fit in my wardrobe and will be brave and step outside my comfort zone. Will definitely look at purchasing again"
"I got no delivery or attempts of delivery. All the time till today I belive traking only showed that it was shipped. Why today it suddenly confirmed I don't know, but i never confirmed i received it. Honestly, I already regret ordering it. Such a long wait to obtain nothing. And paid already. I'm frustrated and not sure yet what time do."
"I want to be truly honest here. The fact that in the shipment email you see what you'll receive it's a bummer. This mystery box is not a mystery at all... I believe that is the first thing that must be changed as you spoil the surprise. Having that said I received 6 items (nice) but I will only keep 2 as the others are really out of my style. The quality is as usual super good, BUT I have received a top that I own already (in another colour) and clothes that really don't suit me (jeans and blazer). This is just my personal suggestion and I know it might be hard but AI could help: it would be great to have mystery boxes with items that are closer to the buyer's style and that can keep track of what has already been bought by that person to avoid duplicates. I really love the idea but I don't think it's worth it as it is."
"While all items were beautiful, as usual, I was a little disappointed to receive 2 of the exact same dress. I love all pieces but feel a little duped of my guaranteed 7 items when 2 were identical. Apart from that, great value for a nice variety of items."
"They claim it has been shipped and a delivery attempt was made, but I haven't received any notification about an upcoming delivery or an attempted one. I'm currently trying to find out whether I'll actually receive the order or if they're billing me for nothing."
"I can never decide what to get from Disturbia as there's so much gorgeous stuff, so I loved the idea of it being decided for me! But everything was clearly stuff they couldn't shift (with hindsight I should have guessed that!) - so much so that there was even two of the same (very unflattering) dress in the box! The quality was good, but none of it was stuff I would wear so it's all been returned. Kind of gutted that all I've done is waste time and spent money on postage!"
"Lovely items but not really much variety- 4 dresses and a shirt. Unfortunately I would only wear one of the dresses so I returned all items. Ordered size 10 and most were consistent sizes but one was slightly large."
