Surprisingly different to product photos

"I purchased this as part of a larger order but found it to be very different in person to the colour listed on the website. It was much lighter than the product photos and doesn’t have the same earthy/natural looking green tone. It was a lighter, almost mint, green. I paid the £3. 99 return fee to exchange it for a new one, which after providing the information above to Disturbia, hoped may be due to variation in the colour of the glaze. However, the new mug that arrived was just the same, not like the photo and also did not have a dark green texture at all. I ended up paying the return fee again to return the second mug. I knew it wouldn’t have been what my partner wanted. We look back on the photos I took now and are genuinely surprised by how different they are to the mug shown above 😭"

"Is same style as the celestial cup, which I like. However the colour is a lighter green than pictured and its got more of a stone feel to it than the celestial one which has a glaze over it, this one doesn't. I still like it and kept it, just doesn't look like the picture."
