• Orders must be placed by 4pm for same day dispatch, and area restrictions may apply.
• Cut-off times and services may change or experience slight delays during peak periods or Bank Holidays.
• Premier delivery is only available to German addresses. 

Cancellation 

• You can cancel your Disturbia Premier Delivery subscription within 14 days of subscribing and a full refund will be provided if you have not made any purchases using Premier Delivery shipping methods. 
• Your subscription will renew automatically, you can cancel your subscription anytime in your customer account.  
• Once your subscription has been cancelled, you'll no longer be able to use the Premier Delivery shipping method at checkout. 
• Personal use only, subject to fair use policy - your account may be terminated with a pro-rata refund issued in cases of misuse.
