Good, but the fit is not quite as depicted
"I was a bit disappointed in this one. I ordered according to the item dimensions, and it does fit well in the shoulders, sleeve length etc. Yet the fit is off in some more subtle way so it doesn't look like the photos. The roll neck doesn't stay down, it keeps popping up - best I can do is get it sort of stay half-rolled down. I also get a noticeable crease across my chest and shoulders - it looks almost like the kind of crease you get when something is too small, except it's not too small, it fits perfectly in every way I can think of. I also don't have a big chest to cause it to ride up or anything. It's a shame because it otherwise is nice - it's unique, it pairs well with a lot of items, it looks sharp, and it's not very itchy even though it's partially wool and I have sensitive skin. I contacted customer service about it and they basically told me it's supposed to be like that and there's nothing wrong with it (despite it not looking like that at all in the photo), then suggested I try to roll it to look more like the photo, and when I said I can't get to to stay that way, they said I could return it if I was unhappy. I thought about it and decided that between paying return shipping and losing out on an otherwise-nice item, I'd be more unhappy returning it than keeping it. But "more unhappy returning it than keeping it" is not exactly a glowing review right. So I can't give it more than 3 stars between the issues I noted and the customer service not being terribly helpful."

"Surprised to find that I could have possibly downsized to a medium. (I’m in size 14-16 in dresses. ) It’s comfortable and goes perfect with dresses or a vest top and jeans. Especially after losing so much weight, I’m very insecure about my upper arms. This hides them! Off to order a size down now. And possibly other styles too."
