Folds create a weird bulge

"Maybe it's just not made for wide hips? I followed the size guide and it fit me perfectly. Very flattering around the waist (71cm), loved the embroidery detail and the color is beautiful. It was long on me (I'm 160 cm) like all Disturbia pants are. It looked good with platform shoes. Unfortunately, something about how the pants fit around my hips (it wasn't too tight, they fit me well! my hips are 94 cm) makes the folds expand sideways which created a weird bulge on each of my thighs. It's not noticeable from the front but viewed from the side they stuck out a good 5 cm. My partner chuckled when he saw it. As I don't have anything to fill the bulge with, I will unfortunately return them."

Perfect trousers

"Beautiful trousers. Lovely quality, but very long. I have taken them to be hemmed and taken in a bit at the waist as I fell in love with them. The seamstress even commented how lovely these trousers are. I went by measurements on the size chart and these. I always go by hip (which means I had to size up) measurements and take in the waist if needed."

"As a girl with high sitting hips, I find high waisted trousers a bonus and very flattering. Beautiful embroidery on the waistband. I'd recommend tightening the buttons up on the side, I lost one after a few wears."

For tall people or you’d better be a seamstress

"I’m glad I only paid £24 for this in the sale. I would have been appalled if it was £60. The trousers are lined, and fit the waist nicely (size 8). However the length was about 4cm too long. Luckily I’m a decent sewer so I could shorten them but lined trousers are tricky. Additionally the first time I owe them a button came off. Again, luckily I can sew and put it back on. A little disappointing"
