Joining the Disturbia Rewards programme is easy. If you already have a Disturbia account, you're automatically signed up to earn reward points. If you don't have an account you can create one here.
Disturbia Rewards is currently restricted to UK customers only. Rewards can not be used on Mystery Boxes.
For every £1 you spend on products you'll earn 1 point. You can also earn points through our refer-a-friend scheme, by following and sharing on social media, signing up for our mailing list and by leaving product reviews. (points are awarded for a maximum of 1 review every 30 days).
You can also earn 100 points when you make 4 purchases of £60 or more.
You can redeem/exchange your points for vouchers at the checkout where the amount will be deducted from your basket. Minimum spends apply for each voucher usage listed below:
£10 coupon – £60
£20 coupon – £70
£30 coupon – £80
£40 coupon – £90
Make sure you're logged into your account, and simply check the rewards page, or check your account page where your points are always on display.
Head to the referral page and enter one or multiple of your friends email addresses you wish to refer.
Your friend will receive a voucher for £10 off their first order of £50 or more (must be their first purchase).
Once they have made their purchase, you'll receive 100 points for each referral.
Most points will be visible immediately; purchase points will be added 30 days after fulfilment.
Your points will expire after 12 months of no activity in earning or redeeming points.
Your points will automatically be deducted from your pending purchase points, and any remaining points will be added 30 days after fulfilment in line with our returns policy.
Points will only be awarded for any payments made without a gift card. If you place an order for £40 with a £25 gift card, 15 points will be added to your balance.
The points accrued from your initial purchase will still be returned to your account however any points redeemed as part of the discounted purchase will not be returned.
