"My package has been with dai post since it arrived in Australia. Tracking info states it was cleared by customs on the 22nd of January at 4:11pm. At 4:59pm that same day its status was ‘waiting to be cleared by customs’ so, after it was cleared by customs it was then somehow waiting to be cleared?? I have sent documents eg proof of purchase etc to dai post and no response. Where is my package??"
